Fiordos Musandam: Aventura Dhow Exclusiva e Inolvidable

Todo muy bien organizado. Nos recogieron a la hora y lugar acordado. El servicio durante el recorrido fue estupendo (personal muy amable y nos ofrecieron en todo momento frutas y bebidas). Totalmente recomendable.

La excursión en sí estuvo bien, no me gustó el embarque al barco, tuvimos que esperar un buen rato con mucho calor y sin sombra. Pero el paseo genial amenizado con los delfines. Nos pudimos bañar en el mar y al salir te facilitaban toallas. No faltó la bebida y la fruta.

Contacté previamente por email y ya nos estaban esperando en la salida de la terminal. En nuestro barco fuimos unas veintipico personas, muy holgados con asientos arabes en el Dhow, Nos ofrecieron agua, te, fruta y nos duchaban al volver al barco tras el baño en la isla Telegraph. Espectaculares montañas como los fiordos noruegos y vimos muchos delfines e incluso corrieron junto a los barcos un buen rato. Un excursion inolvidable y muy recomendable

Fantástica ubicación, con excelente snorkel y la oportunidad de ver delfines en su hábitat natural. El barco tenía un encanto rústico propio, y la tripulación proporcionó una variedad de bebidas y fruta fresca durante la excursión.

During our recent trip to Musandam, among a flood of options for the Half-day Dhow cruise, we opted for the one by Dolphin Khasab Tours, based on the reviews we had read. This was one of the best decisions we took. I booked the tour only the previous evening, but the tour company was very helpful in arranging pick up and drop to and from our hotel and in answering our queries. On the morning of the cruise, we were picked up on time and taken to the port, from where we boarded the dhow. The dhow had 2 levels and was surprisingly for us, not too crowded, so we had plenty of space and travelled in comfort. We started for the Fjords and passed some beautiful rock faces and came across some hidden beaches, accessible only by sea. The highlight of the cruise were the beautiful dolphins, whom we got to see from two different points. It was surreal, watching them swim next to our boat. We then, passed through some old, isolated villages till we arrived at the Telegraph Island. The water here was crystal clear, with colorful fish all around us. Most people in our dhow had a swim, but we missed out this time. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and offered us a selection of fruits, coffee, juice and drinks to keep us hydrated during the trip. The facilities for shower, swimming etc were top notch. After a wonderful time at sea, we made the return journey taking in the sights of the fjords again. We had a wonderful experience with Dolphin Khasab Tours and will love to avail of their services again next time we are in Musandam.

This was an amazing morning spent out at sea. From my driver Ahmad collecting me on time, getting me to the departure point and then once I got onto the dhow the captain Mohammed and his sailing mate were really friendly and I had the dhow to myself (there was another booking but they didn’t make it) I thought with one person they would cancel but they didn’t. The whole half day tour was amazing. There were loads of dolphins who swam right up by the boat and the crew were really knowledgeable about the area. The crew provided me with fresh fruit and soft drinks as and when I wanted. I would totally recommend this to anyone coming to Musandam.

The dhow was great and we saw the dolphins. I made to this company a link payment for the amount of money they requested. Their website got stuck and never sent to my email any confirmation. They had a problem with their bank to receive the money so they made me pay again on my arrival to Khassab by credit card. Now, they received the link payment amount from their bank and they are not proceeding with the reimbursement. Meaning I've paid double. They don't even answer the phone. Be careful with them!
